Terms of Service

SiteOnTop is a website studio offering design, engineering, SEO, and optimization work, sold either as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription or as a fixed-scope one-time build. The specific scope, price, and terms for a purchase are set out in the engagement contract you review and accept at checkout. Where the engagement contract and these Terms conflict, the engagement contract controls for that purchase.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.

• •Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. The first charge is due at checkout and the plan renews automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
• •One-time builds are charged in full at checkout.
• •Prices are shown on the pricing page and confirmed in your engagement contract before payment. Applicable taxes may be added.

You authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the amounts you agree to at checkout.

Subscriptions have no minimum term — either party may pause or cancel with 14 days’ written notice. Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, and no further charges are made after cancellation. Full details, including one-time builds, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We provide digital services; nothing is physically shipped. Expected timelines and how work is delivered are described in our Service Delivery Policy. Timely delivery depends in part on you providing required content, access, and feedback.

On receipt of cleared payment, you own all delivered code, design files, content, and accounts produced for you under the engagement, with no lock-in. Until payment clears, all work product remains ours. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how the Studio uses remain ours.

You agree not to use the site or services to:

• •break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• •transmit malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or gain unauthorised access;
• •submit content you do not have the right to use; or
• •misrepresent your identity or your authority to purchase.

The services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but except as expressly stated they are provided “as is” without other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
