Service Delivery Policy

After checkout we schedule a kickoff and work typically begins within about two weeks. From there we ship continuously:

• •Starter — bi-weekly sprints with Friday demos.
• •Growth & Scale — weekly (Growth) to twice-weekly (Scale) ship cadence.
• •Work is delivered through preview URLs you can review as soon as it’s ready, plus handover of the repository, design files, CMS, and analytics.

One-time builds are delivered to a defined timeline, measured from kickoff once we have the content and access we need:

• •Launch — ships in 2–3 weeks.
• •Site — ships in 3–7 weeks.
• •Platform — ships in 5–10 weeks.

Each build is handed over as a deployed site plus the code, design files, and accounts, and includes a post-launch warranty (30 / 60 / 90 days respectively).

These are realistic, typical windows — not artificially short ones. Because the work is collaborative, timelines depend partly on you: how quickly you provide content, brand assets, access, and feedback. If a timeline needs to change, we’ll tell you and agree a new one in writing.

All deliverables are provided digitally — via preview links, your repository, design tools, and account access. You’ll receive email updates at key milestones. If you haven’t received expected access or an update, contact info@getsiteontop.com and we’ll sort it out promptly.
