Refund & Cancellation Policy

SiteOnTop sells professional services, not physical goods, so there is nothing to return. This policy explains how to cancel and when fees are (and aren’t) refundable. It mirrors the engagement contract you accept at checkout.

1. Subscriptions

  • No minimum term. You can pause or cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice to info@getsiteontop.com.
  • Current period is non-refundable. Subscriptions are billed in advance for work the Studio reserves capacity to deliver, so fees already billed for the current period are not refunded.
  • No further charges. Once you cancel, you are not charged again; your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.

2. One-time builds

One-time builds are charged in full at checkout because the Studio begins reserving senior time and starting work right away, and each build is bespoke to you.

  • Before work begins: if you contact us before we have started, we will refund the fee in full.
  • After work begins: fees are non-refundable, but you keep everything delivered up to that point and every build includes a post-launch warranty (30 days for Launch, 60 days for Site, 90 days for Platform) covering fixes to delivered work.

3. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@getsiteontop.com from the address on your order, including your name and the plan or order you’re referring to. We aim to reply within one business day and will confirm in writing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

4. Problems & chargebacks

If something isn’t right, please contact us first — almost everything can be resolved quickly and directly. Opening a bank chargeback before contacting us delays resolution; we’re happy to work through any issue with you.
